With the country not too happy with the Republicans and the Democrats don’t know what they are doing, 2008 might be a good year for the Independent ‘party’. If the Independent’s can get a middle of the road candidate that comes across well with the voters, they might just have a real chance.

It might be a good eye opener for the Republicans and Democrat to loose to an Independent. The Democrats don’t know which direction they are going and the Republicans have gotten content and lazy. Both parties have gotten to self absorbed and are forgetting the people. They both could use a good kick in the pants, IMO, to wake them out of their stupor and focus on what Americans want, not what they want.
