Assuming Iran is allowed to develop a nuclear bomb, and the rest of the region, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Egypt, Turkey, etc... is forced to counter them by developing their own nuclear arsenals. How long do you think it will be before the non-proliferation treaty completely falls apart?
Then, how deep will my new wine cellar need to be to survive the coming nuclear exchange?
And much food (and wine) will I need to support a family of 3 + 2 Golden Retrievers (Teddy and Bobby)?
And how long will we need to stay below ground to survive the fallout?
