I've been hearing from many on the Left about how Saddam's government (although totalitarian) did keep the peace in Iraq, and that George Bush toppling his government is the reason for the violence today. If that's the case, then those who helped bring down the South African government should be blamed for the spiraling violence in South Africa. More people are being killed daily in S.A. than are dying in Iraq after all. Another victim of the multi-cultural quagmire.

While many may not have liked the tenents of Aparthied, it was in no way as violent as Saddam's regime. Under White rule, S.A. was the richest most modern society on the entire African continent. Now all that was built up is being torn down, just like in the former Rhodesia.
