The Sun is shining to the left of Uranus, therefore, the bright object is (most likely) Ariel and the dark dot/shadow of Ariel is upon Uranus.
(Or so me thinks). :)
Raoul is right about the possibility to image this, but I couldn't find the link to his pic with info. Too big a file maybe?!
