Yes It's Not An Easy Call
Some type of line has to be drawn and their will inevitably arguements over where to draw the line. The most important thing is to draw a clear line. The second most important thintg is to draw the line where most scientists can accept it. The third most important thing is to draw the line wher it can be clearly applied by the public at large or at least the interested public and the teachers.
