Iran is not crazy. It is under attack from Israel and the US, and doing it's best to survive. The US anti-missile defense is to prevent a retaliatory strike after a first strike from the US or Israel.

Read the news, even the American news. Who is attacking it's neighbors, who is persecuting it's captives, who is assassinating perceived enemies throughout the world? It's not Iran. If they want nuclear weapons it's because they know that's about the only way to avoid an Israeli cabal.

The US has screwed over Iran ever since it, the US, overthrew a democratically elected government and installed a dictatorship. And then the CIA instructed the SAVAK in methods of torture.

I know you believe the Israeli propaganda, having been exposed to it all your life. It does not hold up to scrutiny, though. The Rest Of the World knows this, but US media is afraid to explain or report on the reality over there.
