Cheney - no WMDs, no nukes, no democracy. Just wanted war.
That is as immoral as a person or nation can be.
Causing untold misery, creating more terrorists and dangers for Americans than could be imagined, Cheney said in essence they just wanted to go to war. Never having seen war themselves, it just must have looked like fun.
There is no moral equivalence for this. There is nothing moral.
