Always tradeoffs

Kind of grim to read about having to trade off mercury for omega 3 oil. Not that it affects me all that much, since I've never much liked fish. I like tuna, and at least now I know that it's good for the oil and only a little bad for mercury. Me no longer being a kid and all.

Apropos of nothing, who calls it "tuna fish"? I backspaced out the "fish" above. Is that one of those regional word things? That's how I learned it growing up on Southern California.
