Exactly

Administrator Griffin will report to the (new) Congress at the beginning of the next year about his efforts on the President's behalf to meet the requirements of the Brown Ammendment.

I imagine that if the spirit moves them the members of either of the subcommittees might grant time to other members of the House and/or Senate so that Administrator Griffin will be able to directly answer their questions as well concerning his performacnce in meeting the terms of the Brown Ammendment.

By the way, as both Apophis and the 64 fragments of SW3 are heading our way, I suppose they'll be right be interested in hearing Griffin's answers. I certainly hope that Administrator Griffin is up to the task (that is why he gets paid the big money), as it would be a real shame to see a replay of Michael Brown/Katrina.
