You are, of course correct, I wonder how many years have to pass before a lot of the records, what remains of them, are DCF'd.
I can hear the shredders running at Langley for weeks on end before that day arrives.
(BTW< the term the "Quiet War", first heard it from someone intimately involved in it.)
