Great response Pub. I tried to picture the image you created and could only think of weasly little fat balding men in closets reading art texts solely for the purpose of deviant sexual titillation.

The arts programs in our public schools are being systematically destroyed by Republican programs such as "No Child's Left Behind" and "Reading Frist". Gotta teach them 3 R's. Can't program cruise missiles using talent in drawing or music. Too tough to test them on artistic stuff too. Without being able to test we can't prove the underpaid teachers are ineffective and we need to send all our kids to fundamentalist religious training.
