Not 24/7 - but the facility is there.

And regardless - the lack of outreach and press info from ESA is just a disgrace. Someone at UMSF even suggested we send Venus Express Express - just to make sure that Venus Express is still there as we've seen nothing from it, publicly, for > two months.
