Woodward describes the meeting between Tenet and Rice.

Rice characteristically has a faulty memory and brain. (Who would have imagined anyone flying planes into WTC, for instance.) Denies the meeting took place. She doesn't remember, finds it "incomprehensible" that she wouldn't remember.

The Right first smears Woodward. To be expected. He's not credible, etc.

The Right then says no one can remember the meeting.

When official logs turn up, Rice modifies her statement to say there were lots of meetings.

When others remember the meetings and the content of the meetings, the Right just ignores it and moves on.

Rice stays on the payroll, even though demonstrably handicapped in her ability to imagine, comprehend and remember.

The Right has no remorse for attempting to mislead the American people, no remorse for failing the American people, no regrets they didn't do something, anything, to prevent WTC. No apologies to Woodward.

"Who would have thought terrorists would fly an airplane into a building?"

The implications of having such amoral people running America are enormous.
