Spaceship 2 terrorism
No way would it present anywhere near the threat that a 747 presents as a potential flying bomb. There is the possiblity a terrorist could simply blow it up, as was the plan for the foiled London hijackings. Seems like a low value target though (in terms of number of "infidels" murdered), and might not get them as many virgins in their whorehouse heaven.
Ultimately an ISS or Bigelow Space Station bound spacecraft could become a threat to those stations, but the likelihood for something like this seems extremely remote for a very long time into the future.
