Has anyone here had any Absinthe lately?
After an incredibly heady weekend fraught with many decisions, I just cracked a bottle of AbsintheX for a taste. Seeing as it's been sitting in my new bar for six weeks unopened and I'm safely ensconced in my little neck of the woods (no more mountain driving tonight), I thought I'd try a little of the mind-bending stuff.
