I think that it is time to withdraw USA combat forces from Iraq.
The Iraqi government sits on its ass, defended by the USA, and continues with internal sqabbles while doing little or nothing to restore order in the country. Announcing that we will be leaving by, say December 31, 2006, will give them the kick in the head that they need to get moving or else they will be killed.
