Looking for help: a list of when to have a pager on vibrate.

I'm to compile a list of places or events at which one ought definitely to have one's pager on vibrate rather than make noise.

Some emergency responders I know, whose emergency response hopefully will be never, have recently been given pagers by the company they work for which are, by design, on noise always. They had always responded to drills when they had the option of either sound or vibration, but there's a new management team.

The idea is to demonstrate that a noisy pager can be rude almost any day of the week, and can cause social discomfort to a crippling degree. They're OK with carrying the pagers everywhere but into the water, but they want the option of putting it on vibrate returned to them.

There must be more circumstances I haven't listed. Even the most obscure are welcome.

This is what I have so far:
(* denotes a place that may kick you out)

Movies*
Concerts of any kind*
Plays and other theatrical performances*
Weddings
Funerals and other memorial services*
Baptisms
Confirmations/Bar and Bat Mitzvahs
Any other visit to a house of worship
Inaugurations
Ordinations
Graduations
Award ceremonies
Taped or live broadcasts in radio or TV studios, even if only in the studio audience*
Libraries*
Social dinners (club banquets, rehearsal dinners, etc.)
Interviews*
Lectures*
Classes, either as a student or as a teacher*
Any other school visit
Conferences and meetings, including parent-teacher conferences*
Panel discussions, in the audience or on the panel*
Sporting events, esp. ones requiring concentration, like golf: participating or observing*
Legal proceedings*
Doctors’ offices
Anywhere in a hospital or nursing facility*
Around a sleeping baby
In a sickroom*
At a governmental hearing or other function, esp. if you are speaking*
While waiting to yell “Surprise!” at a surprise party
On a plane, train or bus*
In a restaurant*
Hunting and target shooting
Fishing

So, what do you say? Does anyone have any other ideas?

Thanks, folks.
