TB doesn't like habeus corpus, restrictions on spying, free speech, or anything that implies a limited role in peoples private life.

TB is in favor of "Night & Fog", Guantanamo, didn't think the Abu Ghraib folks were tortured, and believes that the bigger the government, the more intrusive it is, the safer he'll be.
