Please don't expect me to do aa educational presentation on the US or European or Russian or Chinese space defense programs for you here -

I won't do it, as I'm not really interested in defense programs -
I'm interested in the peaceful manned uses of space

I also won't discuss with you in any depth here the US or Europen or Russian or Chinese or Ukrainian or Kazakh commerical strategies -
and I also won't comment on individual states spaceport efforts
