This system is too far away to show a parallax, even using a baseline of several years travel on the solar system's circumgalactic orbit between exposures. Perhaps some very nearby stars in the line-of-sight might show a parallax shift, but I suspect that it is probably differences in the way different images were rectified. I do notice a difference in the stars' diffraction spikes, due to a rotation of the telescope about its optical axis. The 3d effect I mentioned is, of course, an illusion. The illuminated part of the cloud is expanding (at the speed of light!) so it is different illumination conditions we are seeing, not an expansion of the cloud itself or a change in our perspective.
Thanks for calling our attention to these remarkable images.
