It is not a biography!!! Highly technical, lots of figures...He believes NASA should rejuvenate its technicians and managers.
It works for all kinds of unmanned programs, small treams of highly motivated scientists.

Can that work for a Moon program?

Maybe Jack has a solution I haven't read yet...Maybe a team could be in charge of the spacesuits, another of the LSAM, another of the Orion spacecraft. All young teams working for the company designed for the job.
And another team would coordinate all the others so that everything is ready at a specific moment.
