I know - just wanted a bit of perspective
Seeing things in the media is different that the reality.
A few years ago, there were a lot of forest fires in BC, well covered by the media. Relatives called from Ontario to ask if we were in danger, very worried - when all we had really noticed was more haze hanging around.
Not to say the situation in France isn't serious, just that it has to be taken in perspective.
