Last FORD TAURUS rolls off assembly line
Without fanfare, the last of the Ford Taurus's rolled off the Atlanta assembly line last Fri, at one time being one of themost radical in design(1985) and voted best car in America. How FORD could kill off this product line is beyond me and having owned a '87 and '94, one wonders why Ford put it money elsewhere.(UGLY FUSION) It was the closing of the Atlanta plant after 59 years in operation, along with costs that sent the death knell to the car. R.I.P. Taurus.
