and if Obama's popularity remains below 30% he would probably beat Hillary.

She will be mercilessly hammered with Bengazi and a huge majority are pissed about that situation. It could be as bad as Bush-Dukakis. More than half the votes Hillary gets will be only because she is a Democrat and a lot of Dems could stay home.
