A local talk show host who is Libertarian often tells the story that he's pissed off both parties with his independent stance on issues but it was only the Republicans that have ever threatened his life over any of them.
Biggest thing you have to worry about with upsetting a Democrat is they'll steal your dope and screw your girlfriend or wife.
