Internet lyric websites are usually put together by people listening to the music and scribbling it down as they hear it. I doubt they send ASCAP a royalty to get the sheet music.

These are not innocent hobbyists or fans sharing the material with their friends, they load up their sites with advertising, adware and other clandestine commercial poison. When I go there I am fully protectd by the appropriate defensive software.

I don't feel a bit guilty about ripping these thieves off. I never use lyrics to an album I don't already own myself, and which I paid for. This one, by the way, is from "Who's Next", the Who's masterpiece, and one of the finest rock albums ever recorded. I highly recommend it, and if you don't already own a copy, buy one today.
