christ, I'd pay to see Pournelle explain that in depth - at least I'd buy a copy of whatever he got that analysis published in.
For myself, I can't understand what it is Pounelld is trying to say here - so I'd like a much longer explanation, with a particular demonstration using Newt as an example.
