Pathetic mid-term outcome.

For one, the Ds didn't pick up the Presidency. HAH! That goes to the Rs for another two years. The media is ignoring that, however. You can count on the left-wing press to leave out the most significant political office in the entire country if it's Republican.

For another, there have been bigger majorities in Congress in the past, one would have expected the Ds to have a bigger majority if there were any significant discontent in the country.

Third, a very slight shift in votes in the Senate could have sent several races into recounts, where the tallying places could have been stormed and the matter sent to the Supreme Court. The Ds wouldn't have received the pathetic majority they have now, that's for sure.

Etc.
