This is "political realism" in action, Buck.
We had a lot of "realism" during the Cold War. I suspect I could find a lot of photos like this with various dictators, and not just from Republican administrations.
If the liberals believe that "realism" is a superior approach, those who have been posting this photo for several years now as an example of ultimate evil have a little explaining to do.
Incidentally, CNN has a lot of nerve bringing up media mudslinging in a tone of disapproval.
