Shea Stadium Bites the dust in NYC
New stadium to be built in FLUSHING MEADOWS , Queens replaces the aging Shea Stadium built in 1964 for the Mets, new one to be named Citi stadium with a lease till 2049. Saw the '69 Mets play there and sad to see it go, with alot of good 60's memories there with my dad.
