Exhausted . . .
Easter reunion, and I fixed 4 dozen jumbo eggs -- that's 8 dozen deviled.
I found that, if I lean my head against the cabinet over the sink, it relieves a lot back pain while peeling. I was up at seven, and delivered the colored deviled eggs at about 11:30. Not bad.
