The dumb ones claim this is the best of all possible worlds, a difficult situation created by Clinton, and would have been worse under Gore or Kerry. We wouldn't have had The Plan, otherwise known as The Course, with the results we have now.

One wonders how it would have been worse if Gore, Kerry, Mickey Mouse, Goofy, Laura, the dog, the twins, Amos, Andy, or Rumsfeld been President?
