This latest 'discovery' will probably end up
receiving the same thrashing the ALH8001
'discovery' received.
Even if it proves to be the 'smoking gun'
for extraterrestrial life, so what?
People! Why do you hold the hypothetical extraterrestrial
as some sort of near-deity [think idol]?
The discovery of an extraterrestrial [I doubt it will ever come]
will NOT be earthshaking or transforming, just a possible three-day wonder and then the bored public will look for other thrills.
