Polar orbit

On the moon there is little advantage to an equatorial orbit versus a polar orbit. It rotates very slowly, there is no atmosphere, and the right trajectory can transition to any inclination Earth-orbit. A polar orbit will also allow landing on any point on the moon's surface at least once per month, but an equatorial orbit would not. I think a polar orbit is best.
