During Saddam's reign there were Iraqis living in the palaces who did kill Iraqis at will.

During Bush's regime there are Americans living in the palaces who kill Iraqis at will.

The reality is that except for the political matters the Iraqis had rights, enjoyed a court system, weren't looting, had civil protections. Unless they were revolting.

Now, even those not trying to throw out foreign invaders do not have civil protections.

You really shouldn't believe your own propaganda. Bush believes it, too, and look where it got the country. Let alone Iraq.

And why is it taking so long to "train" the police and army?
