It can survive 3,000 times the amount of radiation that would fry
humans and most other Earth life in seconds by repairing its DNA.

D. rad has been found frolicking in the reactor pools of nuclear
power plants.

So nice to know that something will survive in the event we decide
to give Charlton Heston a reason to go ape.
