Was Blair's visit preannounced like Bush's to Jordan? When Bush went it was unannounced for security reasons. Only If Blair went openly is it different than Bush's past visits. Bush could not go unnannounced this time because it was a very public high level meeting and was supposed to involve the King of Jordan as well.
