The reality is that a Christian Bible isn't necessary, is used a lot. Bush, for instance. Which is symbolic, as he's trampled upon the New Testatment as much as he has the Constitution. (Talk about a "religion of peace" - the biggest warmonger in the world at the moment swore on a Bible.)
