How bad does spam have to get before it's banned?
"Spam surge drives net crime spree."
That it's hard to track and trace the perps, it's not impossible and a few of them in the slam for a long time would be enough to discourage it.
It's hard to track and trace some bank robbers, too, but there seems to be the time and money to do that. Wonder what the difference might be?
These people, after all, are stealing from all of us.
