re: Odd question about GPS
Off hand I would say probably not. It may be possible if you are in orbit around the earth and in an orbit above the GPS sats, but I’m almost certain that it’s not possible from an L point or the Moon. I'm guessing you would at least have to be in orbit around the earth.
