I'm afraid I didn't need to read all 80 points or the 12 additional points, 15 or so was enough to get the picture of the 'DCTP' phenomenon.
;-)
Now this is time-traveling:
The cold winds of 2254 are nothing like the winds of centuries past. The stripped ozone layer and thinned out atmosphere have turned the planet's surface to a raging hurricane - and that's when the weather is good.
I look up at the abandoned city that lies before me, the shells of buildings with now windows that are now just seem to sing songs of days-gone-by as the howling winds pass through them. A large tower up ahead stands out like a beacon and now like some giant flute plays a sad theme.
How many centuries has it been? Two? Three? I remember when a thriving metropolis existed here. At that corner (or was it that one?) I used to pick up a sidewalk espresso and clutch my Alexander Julian trenchcoat tightly to counter the winter chill. Now that chill and that wind appear like a spring day did in California, centuries ago.
My enviro-suit is fully charged and I have five hours of energy and warmth before I would surely freeze to death. My micro-filters are working overtime to pick the dust out of the air, thank goodness for the Mars missions of the late twenty-first century which helped advance the science of micro-filtration beyond it's infancy. Who knew those technologies would be needed here?
The underground shelters are getting nastier. Yesterday I was forced to witness a forced abortion as the mob dragged a young woman to a nearby 24 hour abort-thru, who hoped to have a child outside the government approved quota. She should have left the tunnels sooner and tried to survive on the surface, before she aroused suspicion.
Without warning I see....

That's...well...not exactly time traveling.
