I found cspan.org easily enough, but couldn't locate a link to the archives.
BTW, while I was stumbling about, I came across a link to Gen. Petraeus's new <a href="http://usacac.army.mil/cac/repository/materials/coin-fm3-24.pdf>Counterinsurgency Field Manual (the version approved for public consumption). I've only gotten far enough to verify the date and author, but it may turn out to be quite interesting...well, at least relevant, anyway.
