this has been pretty visible if you watched the congressional testimony as of late and have been parsing out the 'delicate' responses on this topic. I did not see the Stephen Hadley interviews in question, however. TB znd the other rank-and-file supporters of his type insist that a cross-border strike on Iran is a 'meme' or 'myth' or whatever the dismissive rhetorical ditty of the day is.... But they are not exactly batting 1000 on reality, so it doesn't give me much calm. I can't believe that this administration would do something as stupid as widening the war to Iran. Domestically it would probably evoke a constitutional crises that would end in impeachment, and strategically/economically it would place the US in an impossible situation. However, one thing I have learned in life is that you can't count on people to act in their own best self interest, nor act consistently with reality. This administration exhibits that lesson on a grand scale.

I really hope that we don't end up attacking Iran....
