"President Chavez has vowed to deepen his "Bolivarian revolution"." Venezuela's National Assembly has given initial approval to a bill granting President Hugo Chavez the power to rule by decree for 18 months." This is exactly what GWB has been doing with his "signing statements", and extra-legal "findings", etc. And while I'm sympathetic to reform in capital-dominated countries, this goes too far. Way to far. It ain't OK for Chimp-in-Charge, CinC, and it ain't OK for Chavez. Arf
