Not to mention 1 pro-war Independent.

Warner and Coleman are hardly an avalanche, and Collins never was a Republican, despite the label.

Has anyone even read Warner's proposal yet? This is a different piece of legislation from Kennedy's "Let Iraq Burn" bill.
