Iran to launch orbital satellite
Aviation Week.
More a military issue than a space one, unfortunately. Any missile that can put something in orbit can drop a similar payload almost anywhere on the planet. Don't know how big the satellite is. Hopefully, a little "Vanguard" type. The article hints that a military payload would be too heavy for true ICBM ranges.
