You made me think Fox, of how I came to this board.
Actually, I had just got online in 1998 and was reading an article about some radio waves detected outside of this star system, and there was a link "Discuss this over at the MSNBC Space Science Board".
And over I went.
And I remember making my first on-line post over there (which was my first EVER on the Internet) and as soon as I hit the SEND button, all the power went off in my home, and all over town! Now, I'm sure that was a co-incedence, but it was a powerful one and I thought FOR SURE something was up!
And after three or four years there of learning and laughing, and being insulted and insulting others, I followed a small band of you here to the Haibitable Zone, a group that started here to avoid the "loons and pseudo science" while the real MSNBC Space Science Board closed down (too many national secrets being spilled?) and realized quite a few of you missed me (mostly Phil), so I started posting again.
End of story.
Gawd, that's almost ten years of this!
And probably five extra pounds on my rump since then!
