If . . .

If this is true of Earth, and there is really no reason to disbelieve such a logical conclusion, and if H and O are indeed among the most plentiful free elements in the Universe, as has already become a standard theory among astrophysicists the world over, then it goes that all planets, or at least a strong majority of planets, in this same Universe should have a fair, even comparable amount of H2O and H2O2 in their makeup. Ergo, Mars likely is far wetter than anyone ever dreamed -- including the long-laughed-at Percival Lowell.
