The pharmaceutical company lobbied him with the big bucks and he has family ties with the State run womens' organization that requested the vaccine. Now, it's MANDATORY that all girls between the ages of 11 and 12 get this vaccine to prevent STD's. (or cervical cancer, whatever label they are putting on it).
