No - that was just an ordinary Navcam frame ( part of a stereo pair ) taken for normal navigation purposes.
The auto detection software has been used - but not entrusted fully with detecting things - they've run it and downloaded all the frames involved to test its behaviour. Ultimately, of course, the plan would be to eliminate the downlink of all the images and simply download those that show evidence of DD's (or Clouds).
